With more than three decades of experience, we offer you Finnish, high-quality and tasty fish – fresh rainbow trout and whitefish grown in the cool waters of the archipelago.
We do not sell fish directly to consumers. You will find our offer in the store as our customers' delicious fish products as well as fresh from fish counters and restaurants.

The versatile rainbow trout works, for example, as gravlax, in soups, fried, grilled and hot or cold smoked.

Our rainbow trout products are whole gutted fish and roe.
ABOUT US
Brändö Lax has been farming fish in the Åland archipelago since 1984. We deliver gutted fresh rainbow trout, whitefish and roe to fish wholesalers and fish processors – on the same day.
In Brändö, Åland, the conditions for fish farming are ideal – it requires clean water and areas where the water circulation is strong and cool enough in summer.
